0 - 9 = 0/10 to 9/10 second from RFA beep to initial 2-way audio

Command 63 = DTMF on time: 1 - 9

1 - 3 = 100 - 300 milliseconds

4 - 9 = 40 - 90 milliseconds

Command 64 = Pause time: 1 - 9
